Auction Features: Pagination Services
Auction Media offers complete pagination services. First, Auction Media creates the individual ads that make up the auction "pull-out" section. Next, Auction Media lays out the ads along with a dynamic front page, instructions, rules etc. The finished product is delivered to you as a Quark file that can be sent directly to print. The contents of each ad are also converted for use in the on-line version of the Radio Station Auction and are posted to your Radio Stations auction web site.
Auction Media offers:
Photo Scanning or Conversion:
Scanning of hard copy photos, logos and print materials at high resolution for use in print ads. A single ad may require a scan for the photo of the item, then a second scan for a company logo. Contact us for pricing.
Data Entry from Work Order/Docket Sheet:
Your sales reps will be required to fill out a work order or docket sheet that lists information about the retailer and the item. If this is done "in the field" - "by hand", this information will need to be entered into our Radio Station Auction database so that ads can be created. Contact us for pricing.
Creation of Ads:
Once the ad copy, photos, graphics and retailer information are collected, our skilled graphic artists can create an ad for an individual item. This includes limited corrections. Contact us for pricing.
Ad Edits After Proof:
Once an ad has been proofed and approved, any changes (edits) will be billed. Contact us for pricing.
The Final Result:
Note: If there are 500 items in the Radio Station auction and 250 of them need to be published in the pull-out and posted to the Radio Station's auction web site, (due to duplication of items etc.), ad creation costs would only apply to 250 items.
